FRI 7th -
The Random Tandem Bike Lock Key Swap Party
Come and have a go on a random steed. We’ll swap bikes for short rides to various destinations so make sure you bring a tool so you can adjust your saddle height. Who knows what bike you will end up riding!
Meet at 6.30pm to ride at 7pm, The Boathouse, Platt Fields Park, M14 6LA

SAT 8th
Hands Free Olympics
Look no hands! Go for gold and complete the bike challenges to win yourself a medal. There will be ‘hand-ed’ events too so don’t worry if you can’t do hands-free. Come along and participate or cheer on our cycling olympians. Quality hot drinks and cakes from Coffee Cranks Cooperative will be available.
2pm onwards, Whitworth Park, Oxford Rd/Moss Lane East, M14 4PW

Pow-Wow-Pedal-Powered Party
An evening of pedal powered music and general merriment! Performers welcome so get in touch if you want to help provide entertainment.
From 8pm The Boathouse, Platt Fields Park, M14 6LA

SUN 9th
Long Country Road Ride – A ride for experienced road riders along rolling Cheshire lanes. Bring puncture repair kits, refreshments, lights and waterproofs.
Meet at 10.30am for 11am ride at Four Banks junction, Chorlton, M21 ONW

Leisurely Ride – A short, leisurely jaunt from the City Centre to Chorlton Water Park.
Meet at 1pm at All Saints Park, Cavendish St, M15 6BG (MMU Campus)

Post-Ride-Pint – All the Sunday rides will terminate at approx 4pm. If you can’t make a ride, come and meet us for a pint in Chorlton Water Park!
4pm onwards at Jackson’s Boat, Rifle Rd, M33 2LX

MON 10th
Urban Exploration Trail – Uncover some of Manchester’s historical secrets by bike. You’ll be provided with clues to help guide you. Don’t forget your A-Z.
Collect information pack between 6 and 7pm outside Manchester Museum, Oxford Road, M13 9PL. Post-ride-pint from 7.30pm in the Britons Protection, 50 Bridgewater St, M1 5LE

TUE 11th
Evening Jolly – 30-mile road ride with a mid-way drink stop. Bring lights etc.
Meet from 5pm for 6pm ride at The Sandbar, Grosvenor St, M1 7HL

WED 12th
Tweed Ride – A genteel paced ride – well one could not possibly sweat, could one? Come dressed in all your finery.
Meet at 6.30pm at Manchester Town Hall, Albert Square, M60 2JT
Ride will terminate at The Horse & Jockey, 9 The Green, Chorlton, M21 9HS

THU 13th
Bike Polo Beginner Session – Come along or just watch, if you can ride a bike you can play! Bikes and mallets available. http://www.mhbp.co.uk
